Our Principal, Russell, has been a mechanic for 20 years. He started out in a small business in Victoria as an apprentice at 16 years old. Russell still carries the strong work ethic he learnt right from the start. His motto that he incorporates today is “do it once, do it well”. Russell then went on to join one of Melbourne’s longest serving Honda dealers. There he further developed his ethos of integrity, quality and high standards of customer service. While working with prestige vehicles he was trained as an NSX approved technician and was one of only a handful of technicians to receive the Silver rating in Australia of the dealership’s world wide standard at the time. Upon moving to Queensland Russell continued his career in a dealership before deciding to further challenge himself and began his journey as a business owner in 2002. Russell’s lust for performance and high quality vehicles inevitably led him to Subaru.
As a family business Russell’s wife, Andrea, forms the other half of the business partnership. Andrea brings her organizational, accounting and customer service skills from her history as a personal assistant to bear in her role. Russell and Andrea’s passion for life and their 3 children is carried over into the business and customers.
